 
Introduction: This programme gives participants compelling reasons to set goals and explains some of the personal benefits from doing so.
Studies have shown that success in any endeavour usually starts with having a specific goal in mind. A step-by-step goal-setting formula is taught. Discussion then focuses on how to overcome the four main reasons people give for not setting goals. Participants: Participants will learn: - the four reasons people dont set goals

- how to identify obstacles to reaching their goals
- how to qualify their dreams to become goals
- the characteristics of Goals
- how to recognise how to balance all aspects of their business and personal life
- how to practice and apply the effective steps to successful goal-setting and for achieving their goals
Programme: Participants are given an opportunity to create a dream list that includes anything they may want to accomplish in their personal and professional life. From that list, they learn to prioritise which dreams they can reasonably expect to accomplish and how to turn them into goals. In the classroom, they actually set goals using a step-by-step formula. First, they clearly identify the goal. Then, they follow a simple, easy-to-reference guide helping them to work out what to do next. With that done, they are ready to achieve the goal! |
